Spiro Mavridis is Zoom’s real estate licensee. His extensive industry knowledge and portfolio management skills have catapulted him to unrivalled success in a relatively short time frame. Spiro's dynamic and vast array of skills enable him to service not only landlords with few properties, but also those landlords who hold substantial property portfolios. He is able to apply the relevant laws pertaining to the real estate industry in any exercise he performs, without compromising the most important aspect of the business - servicing clients.
Spiro is a member of industry bodies as the Real Estate Institute of NSW and the Institute of Strata Management. He is a licensed Real Estate agent and licensed Strata Manger, a Justice of the Peace and Member of the MFAA.
His passion for working in this industry and cutting edge marketing tactics have lead him to the front line of leading developers, large marketing campaigns and managing sales agents in selling apartment and future developments of all sizes. He has experience with "off the plan" sales and bulk buying purchasers.
